Located in Aix en Provence, on Puyricard’s plateau, the winery was bought in 1932 by the owner’s great grandfather. Nathalie and
Jean-Michel Escoffier re-launched the cellar’s activity in 2005. Nowadays, they perpetuate the vineyard tradition on a 15 hectares lot with organic methods, respecting vines, environment, tastes and scents.
